About Us

Who We Are

E-native is a Polish English language school that hires native-speaking teachers from South Africa. We connect dedicated SA educators with Polish students through individual, one-on-one online lessons.

Our Mission

Individual lessons that make a real difference

Our mission is to help Polish students speak English confidently — through personal, one-on-one lessons with native speakers. 95% of our lessons are individual because we believe that's where real progress happens.

Frequently asked questions

E-native is a Polish language school — not a freelance platform. We have our own students, curriculum, and teaching materials. You join a real team with a manager, peer support, and structured lesson plans.

You fill out the application form and we review it within 2 business days. If selected, we invite you for an online interview, followed by a recorded trial lesson. After that, you go through onboarding and start teaching with your own timetable.

95% of lessons are individual (one-on-one), with occasional pair lessons. We don't run group classes. Lessons are either 25 or 45 minutes long, and you always have a break between them.

You receive your salary monthly, paid directly into your South African bank account. Rates are based on our transparent tier system — from Novice to Elite Senior — and you always know exactly what you'll earn. Trial lessons are paid too (R50 each).

Students cannot cancel with less than one week's notice. If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, we work to maintain your monthly lesson count. You'll always see the current status in the system. We respect your time.

No. We provide nearly 2,000 ready-to-use lesson topics for all levels — kids, teenagers, and adults. Homework is built into the platform and assigned automatically. You also get full access to our Immerly teaching platform.

You have a dedicated manager (Sarah) for technical and scheduling issues — including support outside office hours. There are WhatsApp groups for peer support and methodology, plus regular team meetings. You're never on your own.

Our tier system is how we fairly reward teachers who commit long-term. You start as a Novice and progress through Prime Intermediate, Prime Senior, and Elite Senior — each with higher rates and additional benefits like the Backup Bonus Fund.
