Part-Time Teachers
4 hours per dayHours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (SA time)
Flexible schedule within working hours. Peak demand is 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM — most classes fall here.
Part-time rates are 10 Rands less per lesson than full-time rates.
Full-Time Teachers
8 hours per dayAvailability: 8 hours daily
Best for teachers who want full stability, maximum earnings and priority access to classes.
Full standard tier rates apply to all lessons.

💰 Get Paid for Trial Classes
Unlike many schools where trial classes are unpaid, you can earn 50 Rands for every trial class you conduct.
Trial lessons are always free for students, but your time and effort are fully rewarded.
🎁 Backup Bonus Fund
For every completed lesson, you receive an additional 2–7 Rands (depending on your Tier) into a dedicated sub-account — your personal safety net.
You can use this fund for:
- Illness
- Travel / time off
- Holidays (e.g. Christmas)
- Equipment repairs
Teacher Tier System
Novice Teacher
0–3 months at e-native
The starting point of your journey. Perfect for new teachers learning our culture, standards and teaching style.
- Basic teaching tasks with close support and guidance
- Mandatory onboarding, training sessions and self-evaluations
- Access to core training materials and peer support
Full-Time Rates (per lesson)
Prime Intermediate
3–12 months at e-native
For teachers who have completed a solid number of classes and receive consistently positive feedback.
- Mix of basic and more advanced teaching tasks
- Regular feedback sessions and self-evaluations
- Access to additional training, workshops and extra projects

Backup Bonus Fund: +R 2 per completed lesson.
Prime Senior
12+ months at e-native
Experienced teachers with strong performance, excellent feedback and high student retention.
- Lead advanced lessons and specialized courses
- Support curriculum development and mentor new teachers

Elite Senior
24+ months at e-native
Our top-tier teachers. Proven excellence, mentorship role, and the highest compensation. Full-time commitment only.
